FAQ's

We are getting some frequently asked questions from the field and I just wanted to share some of the answers with you all, the leaders of SU, so that you guys are more equip to help everyone out. Please share this info with leaders in your team.

1. Who do I need to contact for customer service support?

If it is related to the new WorldVentures side, please contact support at 972-805-5100 or email the E Team at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Our support line 972-578-2109 is still available, but since the SU support agents are still learning the new WV system, they will mainly be able to help with you with questions about the past system.

For example, if you need help understanding the WV comp plan, call the WV number. If you have a question about a past SU commission or a general question about the WV to SU migration, then please call the SU support line.

2. Can an international member purchase/book travel?

Currently, international members are not permitted to purchase the LTC product. This means members outside of the US do not have a Rovia site. They will not be able to book travel like members in the US currently do. (i.e. go to their own Rovia site (username.rovia.com) to book their travel.) For time being until they get their Rovia site, if the person has a US based credit card, they may book travel at http://corp.rovia.com (the corporate Rovia site). Please note, this would mean that they will NOT earn commissions for these bookings.

If an international member purchased the DT Intl product, then the only travel product that they can purchase will be the Dream Trips. Rovia support will only be able to help international members with Dream Trips. They will NOT be able to help any international members with booking of any travel other than Dream Trips.

3. How are commissions paid out to International members?

Commissions for international members will be paid via Payoneer only. We will NOT pay Intl members via check or direct deposit. Payoneer is a MasterCard that works much the same as a normal Debit Card. Funds will be loaded to their Payoneer card. They will then be able to use the card like a normal credit card or they may take the card to any MasterCard accepted ATM and withdraw their funds. For more information about Payoneer, please visit their website at www.payoneer.com.

For international members only, they will have a link in their BackOffice to the Payoneer signup. Clicking on the link in the BackOffice will link them to the Payoneer signup site where they will be able to signup for their Payoneer cards. Generally it takes 2 to 4 weeks for the cards to be approved and sent out. Payoneer will not be available for US members at this time. Depending on demand, we might add this payout option for them in the future.

Note: Payoneer will require a Government ID to setup. A validation process occurs when they sign up for a Payoneer card. If Government ID returns with incorrect info, they will not be approved a Payoneer card. As of today, they will only issue cards out to the 4 accepted international countries, UK, Botswana, South Africa, and Kenya. Any other countries will be rejected.

4. What can I do to reduce the price of my monthly bill?

Old Success University monthly price:
Learning Center + Rep: $49.95
Newsletter Shipping and Handling: $7.95
Total: $57.90

New WV monthly price:
DTM International Product $49.98
RBS $9.95
SU Learning Center Product $7.95
Total : $67.88

To keep the price approximately the same as the old SU price, we can remove any of the above products from your WorldVentures Autoship. Please see below the results of removing any of these products.

Option 1: Removing DTM Intl: By doing this, you will need to retail the DTM Intl in order to still be considered “Active” and qualified for commissions.

Option 2: Removing the RBS: By doing this, you will be considered a customer only, meaning you will no longer be a Rep and will not be able to earn commissions.

Option 3: Removing the SU Learning Center Product: By doing this, you will no longer have access to the learning center. This product is no longer commissionable in the new system. This product is now considered a “Tool”. You will still be an Active Rep because you still have the RBS and the DTM Intl.

With all of the extra value that we’ve added, as you can see, we’ve only added approximately a $10 difference in price. However, if the member wishes to keep the price about the same as the previous SU price, my suggested product to remove would be to drop the SU learning center which is currently billed as $7.95. By dropping this product, the new price will be $59.93, which as you can see is only a $2 difference from your old Success University monthly price. As stated above, because the SU Learning Center is a tool and not a commissionable product now, it will affect you the least if you wish to continue being a Rep.

If  a member wishes to utilize one of the above options they will need to contact customer service to remove one of the items.

5. What is the Signup Flow for UK signups?

1. A UK person enters the WV site and click on the enroll button will receive the following page. Where they will be promoted to select “Country” and decide either to be a Rep or Customer. If Customer is selected, then the flow will work much like it is now. However, if they choose to be a rep, then they must follow this flow.

2. They will be allowed to enroll as a 14 trial member for $9.95 with the following text:

This online system includes a Personalized Marketing Website, a Back Office Business Website, Online Training, and access to Sales and Marketing Tools. This non-commissioned product purchase is required to become a WorldVentures Representative.In order to maintain your Representative Status After the14 Day Trial has concluded, you must purchase the full Representative Business System for $99.95 and then $9.95/month thereafter. Completion of this form does not indicate an intention to purchase the full RBS package and you are under no obligation whatsoever to do so.

They will select the Trial Product and click “Continue”.

3. After filling out the requested info, they will need to submit their trial member application.



They will then be promoted to submit CC info.


4. Once application is submitted, products list will be given. Currently, only product available for UK is DT Intl. In the near future, we will have a product similar to the LTC.


5. A member can decide to purchase the product or not by checking on the box or not.

6.  If member checks the box, then they will be allowed to purchase the SU learning center for $9.99. Again, the monthly bill is $49.98 if they decide to purchase the DT Intl product.


7.  After they make their product selection, they will be requested to “Complete Order”.

8. This will complete the order and bill them at this time when they click on “Checkout”.

9. Only after the 7 day period, will a trial member be allowed to purchase the RBS.
